| Booking and Cancellation Policies: Hotel Summer: 1 nights lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due on arrival. If notice is given 48 hours or more prior to arrival, $20 per room will be charged. If notice is given less than 48 hours prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited. During festivals, full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If notice is given 45 days prior to arrival, $40 per room will be charged. If notice is given less than 45 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited. Winter: 1 nights lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If notice is given 45 days or more prior to arrival, $40 per room will be charged. If notice is given less than 45 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited. Condominiums Summer & Festivals : 1 nights lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If notice is given 45 days or more prior to arrival, $40 per bed room will be charged. If notice is given less than 45 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited Winter: 1 nights lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If notice is given 45 days or more prior to arrival, $40 per bed room will be charged. If notice is given less than 45 days prior to arrival, all monies will be forfeited. Pets: we do allow pets in some rooms. We require $40.00 per night per pet (not to exceed two pets). We also require that you sign our pet agreement-the Ice House may refuse lodging to anyone who is unwilling to sign this contract. Parking is not guaranteed: Hotel Parking: we do have covered parking available on a first come first serve basis. Condominium Parking: we provide "one" space per condominium. High Speed Internet Access: we provide high speed internet access only in specific rooms. The charge is $10.00 per day. Your computer must have an Ethernet connection. We do have a limited number of laptop computers available for private use (for a charge/day). |
