One of Telluride’s best-liked and most-respected restaurateurs, Robbie O’Dell of Fat Alley, has opened “Oak” on the ground floor of the Camel’s Garden Hotel.
O’Dell takes advantage of the hotel’s unbeatable location by expanding on the things that made Fat Alley so popular: Quality food and friendly service.
The menu includes Fat Alley favorites mixed with new offerings. Oak also takes advantage of the space’s great bar and huge patio for what’s sure to be Telluride’s best après ski and summer afternoon hangout. The restaurant offers high-quality food including barbecue and southern-style specialties.
Locals, hotel guests and other Telluride visitors all enjoy Oak.
